Roanoke Gas interconnected a 75 kW (DC) solar facility at our corporate headquarters through a net metering arrangement with our local electric utility in November 2020. Since the facility became operational, the Company has generated over 452 megawatt hours of electricity which avoided 271 tons of CO2 emissions. This reduced our carbon footprint and lowered electricity costs.
